My order hasn't arrived yet
Sorry to hear your order hasn't turned up yet — let's get it sorted.
First, a few quick checks
- Check the timeframe. Orders arrive within 1–3 business days, so if it's still within that window it may simply be on its way.
- Check your tracking link. We email this when your order is dispatched — it'll show the latest status. Have a look in your spam or junk folder if you can't find the email.
- Check your delivery address on your order confirmation is correct.
