Changing or cancelling an order

Need to make a change to an order that's just gone through? Here's what's possible.

If you've just placed it

We process orders quickly, so the sooner you contact us the better. If you reach us before your order has been sent to our fulfilment partner, we may be able to hold it so it can be amended or cancelled. Get in touch straight away with your order number.

If your order has already been dispatched

Once an order has gone to our fulfilment partner we're unable to stop it, but you have a few options:

  • Keep it — your pet still gets their supplements, and we may be able to offer a goodwill discount as a thank you for your understanding.
  • Refuse the delivery — decline the parcel when it arrives. Once it's returned and checked, we'll refund you, minus the cost of return postage.
  • Return it after delivery — accept the parcel and we'll arrange a return. We'll refund you once it's back with us and checked, minus the cost of return postage.

Return postage costs vary by country, and we'll confirm the details with you.

Managing a RepeatCare order

If the order is part of your RepeatCare plan, remember you can skip, delay, pause or cancel future orders yourself in your account portal — and we always send a reminder the day before each order is processed. See the RepeatCare section for more.
