Managing your RepeatCare plan

You're in full control of your RepeatCare plan and can make changes yourself at any time through your account portal — no need to wait on us.

Logging in

Head to your account portal and enter the same email address you used when you placed your original order. You'll be sent a secure login link to access your plan.

What you can change

Once you're logged in, you can:

  • Change your delivery frequency — set deliveries to arrive every 30, 45, 60, or 90 days so they match how quickly your pet gets through their supplements.
  • Skip your next order — handy if you've still got plenty left.
  • Pause your plan — take a break for a while and pick back up when you're ready.
  • Add or swap products — adjust what's in your plan as your pet's needs change.
  • Update your details — change your delivery address or payment details.

Too much or too little product?

If supplements are piling up, extend your delivery frequency or skip an order to use up what you have. If you're running short, you can bring your next order forward. Both take just a moment in the portal.
