We never want a RepeatCare order to catch you by surprise. That's why we send you a reminder email the day before each order is processed.
What the reminder lets you do
When you get your reminder, you've still got time to:
- Skip the upcoming order if you don't need it yet
- Delay it to a date that suits you better
- Cancel before anything is charged

Not seeing your reminders?
If your reminder emails aren't coming through, please check your spam or junk folder and add us to your safe senders list so they always reach your inbox. If you're still not receiving them, get in touch and we'll take a look.
