Why have I been charged? / I didn't realise I had a subscription
If you've received a charge or a delivery you weren't expecting, don't worry — here's what's happened, and how to take control.
What's happened
When you placed your original order, it was set up on a RepeatCare plan. Subscribing is what secured your welcome free gift and your extra discount at checkout, so your first order cost less than a one-off purchase would have.
A RepeatCare plan means your pet's supplements top up automatically on a regular schedule, so they never run out — and each order continues to come with a reward.
You're in full control
There's no contract and no commitment. You can pause, skip, change how often deliveries arrive, or cancel completely — all yourself, at any time, through your account portal:

A heads-up before every order
We email you the day before each order is processed, so you always have the chance to skip, delay, or cancel before being charged. If those reminders aren't reaching you, check your spam folder and add us to your safe senders.
