Logging into your account portal

Your account portal is where you manage your RepeatCare plan — pause, skip, change frequency, swap products, update your details, and more.

How to log in

  1. Go to https://nutri-paw.com/a/loop_subscriptions/get-subscription-link
  2. Enter the same email address you used when you placed your original order.
  3. We'll send you a secure login link to that email — click it to access your account.

There's no password to remember; you'll simply request a fresh login link whenever you need to sign in.

Not receiving your login link?

  • Check your spam or junk folder.
  • Make sure you're using the same email address from your original order.
  • Add us to your safe senders so our emails reach your inbox.
