Logging into your account portal Your account portal is where you manage your RepeatCare plan — pause, skip, change frequency, swap products, update your details, and more. How to log in 1. Go to https://nutri-paw.com/a/loop_subscriptions/get-subscription-link 2. Enter the same email address you used when you placed your original order. 3. We'll send you a secure login link to that email — click it to access your account. There's no password to remember; you'll simply request a fresh login link whenever you need to sign in. Not receiving your login link? - Check your spam or junk folder. - Make sure you're using the same email address from your original order. - Add us to your safe senders so our emails reach your inbox. If you're still unable to log in, get in touch and we'll help you access your account.

Payments and charges Why you've been charged Most regular charges from NutriPaw relate to a RepeatCare plan — your subscription that tops up your pet's supplements automatically. If you've seen a charge or delivery you weren't expecting, it's almost always a RepeatCare order. You can read more in Why have I been charged? / I didn't realise I had a subscription. Staying in control of your charges You're in full control of your RepeatCare orders. In your account portal you can: - Skip or delay an upcoming order - Pause your plan - Change how often you're charged by adjusting your delivery frequency - Cancel at any time We also email you the day before every order is processed, so you always have a chance to make changes before being charged.
