Why you've been charged

Most regular charges from NutriPaw relate to a RepeatCare plan — your subscription that tops up your pet's supplements automatically. If you've seen a charge or delivery you weren't expecting, it's almost always a RepeatCare order. You can read more in Why have I been charged? / I didn't realise I had a subscription.

Staying in control of your charges

You're in full control of your RepeatCare orders. In your account portal you can:

  • Skip or delay an upcoming order
  • Pause your plan
  • Change how often you're charged by adjusting your delivery frequency
  • Cancel at any time

We also email you the day before every order is processed, so you always have a chance to make changes before being charged.
