How it works#

Because our supplements are made with natural ingredients, they work with your pet's body over time — so we ask that you give the product a fair trial of at least 4–6 weeks of consistent daily use before claiming. Most pets show their full results within 6–8 weeks, so this gives the product a genuine chance to work for your pet.

If you've given it that fair trial and you're still not satisfied, you can claim your money back any time within 365 days of your purchase — even if the tub has been opened and used.

What's covered#

The exception — adverse reactions: if your pet has any kind of adverse reaction to a product, stop using it straight away and contact us — the trial period doesn't apply, and we'll take care of you. If the reaction is concerning, please also speak to your vet.
