When will I get my refund?

Once your refund has been approved, here's what to expect.

How long it takes

Refunds are processed within up to 7 days. Once processed, it can take a little longer to appear in your account depending on your bank or payment provider.

How your refund is issued

How your refund is paid depends on how long ago you placed your order:

• Within 6 months of your order — your refund is issued back to your original payment method.
• More than 6 months after your order — due to limitations with card processors, refunds can no longer be made to the original card after 6 months, so your refund is issued as store credit to use on a future order.
